Product Description
KLEN 1809 is a highly concentrated grease cutting detergent formulated with the best wetting and penetrating agents especially for cleaning of cavities (on mechanical parts) or deep tanks where direct agitation is unavailable. Also suitable for maintenance of industrial areas such as workshops and garages where heavy grease and oil might be found.
Areas of Use
KLEN 1809 is ideal for cleaning sludge tanks and other various tanks on vessels at sea, mechanical workshop areas, car parks, automobile engines and parts, machinery, automobiles etc.

- Rinses clean with water. Will not form thick slime as with other solvent emulsifiers.

- Wide range of applications. Safe for use on rubber, plastic, steel and painted surfaces.

Directions for Use
- Normal cleaning- mop or spray KLEN 1809 to soiled surface. Allow 5 mins for chemical action,agitate with brush if soil is heavily caked. High-pressure spray or hose off with water.
- Soaking - dilute KLEN 1809 with up to 8 parts kerosene, depending on soil. Parts should be soaked for about an hour and then thoroughly rinsed.
- Tank cleaning - remove excess oil waste by heating, then flush with water. Soak withKLEN 1809 diluted with 5 parts water, allow to emulsify, then drain. If heating (to max. of 60 deg.), solution canbe diluted further. Spray clean with water.
Precaution
Flammable liquid, keep away from direct heat.As with most chemical products, ingestion and eye contact is to be avoided. Wash hands thoroughly after use.
